This set of monthly videos produced for Europlanet Casa’s Facebook page, show how the in-store everyday life looks like. We opted for a fun and witty language that could reflect the brand philosophy and lifestyle: “made-in-Italy quality and convenience”.

We worked on three key concepts: the stores “reality”, their “Italianness” and how the brand engages with their clients. This is why the first things we developed are Europlanet’s mood, colours and tones. Our main inspiration came from both viral videos and successful TV shows such as “Modern Family” and “Hardcore Pawn”.
You can watch each video alone or in sequence, thanks to their strong horizontal structure and references. In addition, the features “Night at Europlanet’s” and “Types of Clients” expand Europlanet’s universe to a further level. Finally, both the CEO and some of the real shop assistants are featured in this series.
Our videos have been positively welcomed by Europlanet Casa’s followers. Thanks to this unconventional communication strategy, the client’s page has grown fast in terms of numbers, shares and interaction.
After the launch of the first 12 videos we registered:
