A.P. Giannini: Bank To The Future – has been selected by many festivals in the States this summer, already securing significant awards such as Outstanding International Feature Documentary and the Audience Award at the Compton’s Hub City International Film Festival.

It has been a successful summer for A.P. Giannini: Bank To The Future! After the Italian tour in June, the film didn’t stop and was selected for several festivals in the United States, where it was distributed under the title A.P. Giannini: Bank To The Future. The film is part of the Official Selection at the New Jersey Film Festival – Fall 2024, Brightlight Film Festival 2024, Compton’s Hub City International Film Festival 2024, and The New York Independent Film Festival 2024.

The movie

A.P. Giannini: Bank To The Future is a film by Daitona and Preston Witman, written and directed by Valentina Signorelli and Cecilia Zoppelletto. The film tells the story of Amadeo Peter Giannini, the banker who was the son of Italian immigrants and who revolutionized the financial world by supporting the working classes during the toughest economic crisis of all time.
